No Fixed Contracts

We don’t believe in restraining you with fixed contracts, as providing the best service to you is our greatest priority. We know that once you experience our professional, property management services, you’ll want to keep working with us.

  • However, if you happen to be disappointed for any reason, let us know straight away and we’ll be sure to solve it as quickly as possible. And if you are still unhappy with our service? Simply give us 30 days notice to end the agreement. It’s as simple as that!

A statement from Ahmed


During my years of working in this industry, I have gained a wealth of experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve their investment goals. In addition to my work experience, I have personal experience: I own a number of properties around Auckland, am a property investor myself, and have also developed properties.


As such, I fully appreciate the challenges that are faced by landlords. I am, therefore, able to facilitate the management of properties in a way that is both beneficial and profitable.

These are unprecedented times and the market is at a time of instability and constant change.


Many landlords are needing to carefully and seriously consider their options. I believe I can be an asset in this process. Strategically and systematically, I work hard to ensure that property ownership is a positive and constructive experience for our landlords.

Healthy Homes Standards

New requirement for disclosure statement for all new tenancies. Changing disclosures from July 2020. Fully active from July 2021.

Heating: Assessments for all properties are required.

Insulation: Requires checking and certification up to 2008 standards.

Ventilation: Kitchens and bathrooms require compliant fans and extractors.

Drainage & Drafts: Adequate drainage must be ensured and drafts stopped (including chimneys).

Moisture Barriers: Checking install requirements and ensuring barrier installation.

RTA Amendments 2020

Wholesale changes to notice periods, removal of 90 terminations, fixed terms converting into period tenancies, approved reasons for terminations, and many more including a raft of new fines and penalties (mostly for landlords of course)
